The Counter Experience: Barista-Guided Tasting

Six seats, facing the barista. Each coffee is prepared in front of you and explained.

You choose from the menu. Our Head Barista will guide you based on what you're looking for, select the appropriate method for the bean, and prepare the cup before your eyes – telling you what to expect and why.

Four methods at the counter: espresso, V60 filter, Ibrik, flat white. The same bean never tastes the same.

Who serves you
Alexis, two-time French Ibrik vice-champion and French Coffee in Good Spirits vice-champion. Service in French and English.

What you taste
Traced and rated grand cru coffees, chosen for their terroir. Filtered water, Sibarist specialty filters, freshly roasted coffees.
