We chose to partner with Brita to guarantee impeccable water quality at every stage of our extractions.
Together, we built the first water bar in France, located in the heart of our workshop and named the Brita Training Center. This unique space allows us to explore, teach, and precisely master the impact of water on specialty coffee.
Thanks to this collaboration, we ensure consistent excellence and strengthen our commitment to a responsible and educational approach, both in-store and with our professional clients.

SIBARIST
We are partners with Sibarist, a brand renowned for its high-performance filters dedicated to specialty coffee.
Our Parisian workshop is the brand's first showroom in France, a space where it is possible to discover and test their filters under professional conditions. In collaboration with Sibarist, we also organize workshops and discovery sessions to explore the influence of the filter on coffee extraction and aromatic expression.

MK Studio
MK Studio is born from the encounter between Magdalena, a ceramist, and Michal, a chef - both originally from Poznan in Poland, now based in Copenhagen. It is precisely this marriage between gastronomy and art that makes their approach unique: each piece is designed to be both beautiful and perfectly functional in a coffee service context.
Their Sensory Cup is designed to deepen the tasting experience: refined texture, ergonomic shape, lightness in hand; a cup that invites full attention to the cup.
Made from superior quality Danish porcelain, MK Studio cups are designed for demanding cafés and restaurants: they retain heat, withstand daily shocks, and their minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic adapts to all environments. We offer them in our shop and use them at the bar - a consistency that speaks volumes about our confidence in the brand.
