Fellow Stagg EKG PRO - Sesame and Maple

The sesame and maple-clad Stagg EKG Pro adopts a soft, almost sandy palette, warmed by the light wood grain. On a countertop, it is discreet where dark finishes assert their presence, a kitchen choice as much as an equipment choice.

Beneath this calm appearance, the electronics do all the work. The temperature setting can be adjusted degree by degree, between 40 and 100 °C: enough to accompany a light roast at 94 °C, a green tea at 75 °C, or a cold brew with complete freedom. The color LCD screen displays the set temperature, actual temperature, and extraction timer without you having to take your eyes off your pour.

The programming allows you to set the time for the water to reach its temperature: the kettle awaits you, ready, when you enter the kitchen. Altitude compensation adjusts the boiling point according to your geographical location, and Wi-Fi connectivity provides access to software updates released by Fellow.

What remains is the gesture. The gooseneck spout delivers a thin, regular stream, which can be accelerated or slowed down at will to control the immersion and saturation of the grounds. This is where extraction happens, and this is precisely what this kettle allows you to master.
