Specialty Coffee Map | La Maison du Barista

The art of revealing coffee. At the counter, each cup is revealed on demand, from rare, graded, and traceable grand cru coffees – just as a sommelier reveals a wine.

The menu reads like a tasting menu, and the selection evolves with arrivals:

  • Double espresso: coffees graded from 88 to 91.5/100, from Costa Rican SL28 to Panamanian Geisha. As a Flat White, with organic Jersey milk or oat milk.
  • Filter V60 & Ibrik: the gentle method, for floral and fruity profiles: jasmine, mirabelle plum, white peach.
  • Best of Panama: our exceptional lots in V60, up to Hacienda La Esmeralda's Geisha Nido, graded 94.5/100.
  • Coffee pairings: structured like a menu - Flat White & chocolate, Ibrik & macaron, Filter V60 & aged cheese. The three-pairing menu, €59.

Six seats, a guiding barista. Here, espresso is not an automatic action: it's a gesture, and a choice.
