The gourmet coffee bar is meant to be experienced seated, facing the barista. The service follows a progression: coffees are served one after another, extraction methods change, and origins complement each other. You see the grind, the water, the technique. You understand what you are drinking.
The coffees we serve
We work with selected roasters and fully traceable batches: producer, variety, process, altitude. Each coffee is extracted with the method that does it justice: espresso, filter, or signature preparations.
