Sibarist Flat 45mm profilers are innovative accessories designed to enhance the performance of your manual extractions with flat-bottom filters. Positioned at the bottom of the dripper, these high-quality stainless steel boosters act as a flow distributor: they optimize water circulation, limit bypass, and improve extraction consistency.
Profilers promote a more homogeneous flow, while maintaining separation between the bottom of the filter and the dripper's outlet. This reduces turbulence, stabilizes the coffee bed, and more effectively extracts aromas, all while preserving greater clarity and structure in the cup.
Each Profiler has a different ratio between contact surface and open surface, ranging from 25% to 85% open areas.
