Sibarist filters are more than just simple paper filters: they are a technical revolution in the world of manual coffee extraction. Developed in Spain by the Sibarist brand, they are available with 2 technologies: Fast and B3.

The ORIGAMI is a high-performance coffee filter, specially designed for the Origami dripper size S. Precisely designed, it optimizes extraction by offering faster flow and better brewing control.

This filter surpasses standard filters thanks to a higher extraction rate and great versatility of use. It can be used in two ways:

• For faster flow, fold it like a classic Sibarist FLAT filter to reduce the contact surface with the dripper.

• For a more thorough extraction, use a second Origami dripper to shape it, which reduces air channels and improves flow regularity.
