The Pesado hybrid portafilter transforms your espresso experience on 54mm Breville and Sage machines. Its convertible system switches from bottomless to spouted in seconds: screw the spout plate onto the bottomless body when you want to serve two cups cleanly, or unscrew it to switch back to bottomless and observe the extraction.

In bottomless mode, the open bottom reveals the underside of the basket and helps you diagnose channeling and puck preparation defects. When the extraction is dialed in, you can watch the beauty of a steady flow take shape before your eyes. The Oak handle, made of stained and protected birch, provides a warm finish and a grip shaped for comfort.
