The Pesado EP filter basket is electropolished, a treatment that smooths all surfaces, including the inside of the perforations. This finish reduces coffee friction against the metal and promotes a more even flow through the puck, for a consistent extraction and a full-bodied cup.

Designed to reveal light to dark roasts, it enhances rich and rounded notes, whether in black coffee or milk-based drinks. Its precise dosing capacity, within ±1g of the recommended dose, provides consistency from shot to shot, and its polished surface limits residue, making cleaning easier.
