With the S3, TIMEMORE marks a decisive step forward in its range of manual grinders. Gone are the laborious internal adjustments beneath the burrs; the S3 introduces the brand's first external adjustment ring, directly accessible with one hand, no disassembly required, for ultra-precise adjustment at 0.015 mm per click.

Inside, the new S2C890 conical burrs made of hardened SUS420 steel represent the culmination of TIMEMORE's Spike-to-Cut technology: the beans are first "spiked" then cut, which significantly reduces undesirable fines in the 200–250 µm range and concentrates the particle size distribution around 375 µm.

Result in the cup: greater sweetness, more pronounced fruit aromas, and a cleaner, more discernible cup.

The custom-made ball bearings, machined with a reduced tolerance from 7 µm to just 5 µm, offer 20% more precision compared to standard bearings and double the dimensional stability. Each S3 leaves the factory with a burr gap calibrated to 0.075 mm in the zero position, less than the thickness of a human hair.

The ribbed black aluminum unibody ensures a secure grip, even during long grinding sessions. The patented spring-loaded handle folds elegantly against the body, stabilizes the grinder at rest, and makes it as comfortable on the counter as it is in a travel bag. A non-slip silicone base completes the package for total grinding comfort.

An exceptional all-rounder. From fine espresso settings (1–15 clicks) to coarse grinds for French press (80–90 clicks), the S3 covers the entire spectrum with a single grinder, without compromise.
