The Lagom 01 by OPTION-O is the brand's flagship grinder, designed as a complete redesign of their precision grinding expertise. Intended for professional baristas and expert specialty coffee enthusiasts, it features 3 types of flat burrs to choose from: Mizen / SSP Brew / SSP HU developed in-house (102mm blind format = no screws), an industrial brushless motor, and a unibody architecture machined to ±0.01mm tolerance.
The Lagom 01 stands out with a minimalist, understated, and timeless design, built to last. Every critical component is machined from anodized 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure maximum mechanical stability and impeccable precision - even after complete disassembly and reassembly. Its compact size allows it to fit seamlessly into both a specialty coffee shop and a demanding home setup.
