TULIP porcelain mug 300 ml - MK Studio sensory cup

Hand-made porcelain cup, crafted in Denmark, designed to enhance the aromas of your coffee. Its tulip-shaped, narrowed rim concentrates the aromas towards the nose, while the flared lip directs the liquid to the front of the tongue: a more expressive coffee, where every note stands out.

A shape validated by science: the Carvalho & Spence study (Food Quality and Preference, 2018) showed that the tulip cup makes the aroma perceived as significantly more intense.

Each porcelain cup is hand-poured and shaped by MK Studio using the Mix Wave technique: the pattern runs through the body of the cup and is never painted on the surface. Each piece is unique: yours will differ from the photos.
