The dual boiler allows for simultaneous extraction and milk texturing, with no waiting time in between.

First Start-up

1. Install the provided water softening filter (70 L) and fill the reservoir.
2. Turn on the machine using the switch: the Lelit logo will appear for about 2 seconds, then the screen will prompt you to fully raise the group lever. Ensure that water comes out of the group.
3. At the end of the countdown, fully lower the lever: the automatic filling of the steam boiler will begin.
4. Allow both boilers to reach temperature before the first extraction.

Preparing an Espresso

1. Insert the chosen filter into the portafilter, dose the ground coffee, tamp, then lock it onto the group.
2. Raise the lever to start extraction and control the paddle: open progressively for low-flow pre-infusion, then move towards full pressure.
3. The group pressure gauge displays the actual pressure on the puck: adjust the paddle in real-time.
4. Lower the lever to stop the extraction.

Steam and Hot Water

• Turn the corresponding knob to dispense. The dual boiler allows for milk texturing during extraction.
• Via the LCC, you can disable the steam boiler when not needed.

Settings (LCC)

• Adjust pre-infusion, Low Flow (start/end), coffee temperature offset, standby time, and temperature unit according to the coffee being used.

Maintenance

• Daily: rinse portafilters, filters, and drip tray.
• Weekly: backflush with the blind filter and a powder detergent, then clean the steam wand.
