Le Nez du Café – 60 aromas: the reference tool for specialty coffee enthusiasts and professionals.

Created by Jean Lenoir in partnership with the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), this exceptional set includes 60 carefully selected aroma vials, representing the complete olfactory palette of coffee.

In this new 2025 edition, the aromatic selection has been greatly expanded, increasing from 36 to 60 aromas. The aromas are divided into three independent, easily portable boxes.

Each aroma is accompanied by an explanatory booklet and illustrations that help understand the sensory complexity of coffee: from floral notes to woody touches, from fruity nuances to roasted aromas.

The 2025 edition retains the original concept while bringing an updated visual and pedagogical refinement, ideal for barista training, sensory tasting, or home learning.
