COFFEE PROFILE
Geisha is the variety known for its grand floral profiles, and in the hands of Jhoan Vergara, it yields a cup of great finesse. This batch is processed using the washed method, which favors clarity and aromatic precision by removing the pulp before drying. Nothing obscures the variety: the coffee expresses itself with intricate delicacy. On the nose and in the mouth, it unfolds yellow fruits, peach and apricot, supported by a white flower reminiscent of jasmine. A delicate and light coffee, with a silky texture, designed to be savored slowly and revealed using gentle brewing methods.
